The Pro's and Con's of Horror films.

Pro's-
- The location which i can use being my house , it is a suitable size and can appear as alone and "by itself", this creating a good location and mise-en-scene
- The use of sound, you can experiment with different sound effects creating good effects
- It can easily be portrayed, within the first two mintues even if you are not telling the aduience much, the fact it leads you wondering what will happen as you are left in suspence
-You can create many enigma codes which can play on the audiences mind
- It can instantly be made dramatic and scary!
Con's-
- The use of light can be a problem, being able to portray the right kind of light without it being too dark where you can't see anything.
- Getting the right actors could be a problem, may be difficult to find people who are comfortable and acting out of their comfort zones.
- The sound effects which i use, could be seen as repetitive and not really creating any significant effect.
